Speakers and Attendees

Caroline Juarez is the Procurement Specialist for the Nutrition & Food Services Department at Austin Independent School District. She graduated from The University of Texas Austin with a BS in Nutrition and BA inAnthropology. Caroline has been working with Austin ISD for two and half years. During the last two and half years, Caroline has assisted with the expansion of self serve salad bars in secondaries, Breakfast in the Classroom, and grant funding. She has been working with the Sr. Procurement & Inventory Speciaist to procure local grass-fed beef, increase organic produce offerings, and accomplish 100% clean label.
