Speakers and Attendees

Liz Broussard is a transplant from Concord, NH who has made Jackson, MS home. She graduated from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, IA with a B.A. in Environmental Food Studies and Music. Liz served as the FoodCorps Fellow in Mississippi, helping connect kids to real food in schools so that every child is well-nourished and ready to learn. She currently serves as the Food Justice Project Coordinator at NCAT, supporting a large multi-faceted project that aims to improve access to healthy food and catalyze systemic change in Mississippi food systems through collaborative, values-driven work.
