Allison Rowland is a Coordinator on the Research and Technical Assistance team at the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA). Allison carries out day-to-day activities and projects related to sustainability, including energy, water, and food systems. Through CDFA's partnership with the Kellogg Foundation, Allison is managing the initiative to define the food system as an asset class worthy of utilizing traditional development finance tools to support the market growth of local and regional food systems throughout the country. This initiative includes the research and composing of six white papers, leading five pilot projects, and managing the Food Systems Finance Advisory Council.
