Courtney Crenshaw is the CA Regional Coordinator for the Healthy Food in Health Care (HFHC) program at Health Care Without Harm, working at the intersection of food, climate and health. She brings over a decade of experience in the social service and nonprofit sectors and in recent years has expanded her career portfolio to include work in food policy and environmental sustainability. She coordinates the CA statewide HFHC network of approximately 180 hospitals and convenes the regional hospital leadership teams. She also manages the ProCureWorks cross-sector purchasing initiative that is focused on transforming regional and national supply chains through collaboration among CA K-12 school districts and hospitals. Courtney earned a Master’s in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to Health Care Without Harm, she worked as the Program Manager for Orange County Food Access Coalition spanning a variety of areas including local and statewide policy, farm to institution programming and community food systems work.
