Harold and his family have been farming organically since 2005. In 2017, they started milling flour in Ashkum, IL 3 miles from the farm. Their farm consists of 2500 acres of certified organic grains. They raise 5 Wheats, Rye, Alfalfa, 3 Corns, Oats and food grade Soybeans. His son Ross and nephew Tim are taking over day-to-day operations of the farm.
