I've worked with chefs and as a restaurant turn-around expert. My whole life has been built around responsible and sustainable farming, the fair & ethical treatment of farm (all) animals, and fair, living wages to those producers. My life's passion is distributing healthy food from local farms and working with others to feed the masses. As a single mom, I'm finally able to dedicate more time to activism in support of non-factory farming. After 40 years of purchasing and sharing food produced without pesticides, gmo's, growth hormones, and antibiotics, I'm truly excited to witness it finally becoming a key discussion topic worldwide.
