Paul Idsvoog is currently the Chief of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Fresno Unified School District, but has extensive experience in both private business and public education, including educational food service. Mr. Idsvoog has been in his current role at Fresno Unified since 2013 after serving as Vice President and owner of a food service contract company (Food Services, Inc.) headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. As Vice President of Food Services Inc., Mr. Idsvoog was responsible for all departments within the organization including Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Purchasing as well as Sales and Marketing. Mr. Idsvoog previously held the position of Director of Food Services for both California State University Fresno and Fresno Unified School District where he was responsible for the operational transition to the District’s new state of the art centralized nutrition center. Mr. Idsvoog has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University and B.S in accounting from University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. Mr. Idsvoog was selected as the 2017 Administrator of the Year in the Personnel and Human Resources Division by the Association of California School Administrators Region IX Chapter and received state recognition for the development of the Fresno Unified School District’s School Wellness Policy in 2006.
