Aisha Fletcher

Fletcher serves as a member of the Mississippi and New Orleans team, based in the foundation’s
Jackson, Mississippi office. In this role, she provides coordination and leadership support to
grantmaking activities, which includes the processing and tracking of grants, as well as obtaining,
maintaining and analyzing reports. She works with partners internally and externally to provide
excellent customer service with an overall focus on moving grant work through the process efficiently
and effectively.

Prior to joining the foundation, Fletcher served as the vice president for administration with
Professional Associates, Inc. in Brandon, Mississippi. She also previously held positions as a
program coordinator and research associate/data manager consultant with Mississippi Delta
Children’s Partnership and was a grants manager with Inner Summit, Inc.

Fletcher holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jackson State University and a Master’s
of Public Health degree in behavioral science and health education from the Emory University –
Rollins School of Public Health. She has a graduate certificate in philanthropic studies from Indiana
University-Purdue University and received specialized public health training at The Bloomberg School
of Public Health at The Johns Hopkins University.
