Procurement and Culinary Programs Manager
As a LiveWell Colorado chef, I bring a "chef mentality" to school food programs and other child nutrition programs. I design, implement, train and support staff with their culinary skills, assess their kitchen operations and help with community engagement. I also run a program that is focused on creating sustainable systems around procuring local foods and seamlessly incorporating those foods into menu cycles. We do this by developing custom-made tools, providing culinary training, marketing support and building connections between the institutional buyers and growers.
