With a background in economics and communication, Caroline has been involved in connecting farmers to restaurants, retails and processors for the last 3 years in SE Michigan. She appreciates the connections farmers have to their land and the food they produce. She sees her food hub work as an important next step in making local food markets more competitive! Before that she was in the Mid Atlantic running farmers markets and promoting local food products.
