Erin Meyer is a food educator and is especially passionate about building resilient and equitable community food systems. She has occupied a variety of roles across the food system, including: nonprofit executive director, professionally trained chef, food service entrepreneur, college adjunct faculty, certified diabetes educator, farm-to-culinary professional educator, food as medicine program developer and educator; and consumer education coordinator for the Artisan Grain Collaborative. As a dietitian and culinary professional with an M.S. in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College, Erin uses her previous experiences to focus on connecting the multicapital for social innovation through the food system to improve the social determinants of health.
